Terms of Service

1. Service

Visla GPS is a GPS tracking service provided by Visla S.R.L.S. The service includes real-time tracking, alarms, geofences and route history through the mobile app and compatible GPS devices.

2. Subscription

Using the service requires an active subscription. Prices are shown in the app and on the website. The subscription renews automatically unless cancelled. The subscription is managed through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store.

3. Devices

Visla GPS devices include a built-in M2M SIM. The SIM is owned by Visla and may not be removed or used in other devices. Coverage depends on the mobile network available in the area.

4. Permitted use

The service is intended for tracking your own vehicles and property. Use for unlawful purposes is prohibited, including tracking people without their consent.

5. Limitation of liability

Visla is not liable for service interruptions due to force majeure, lack of mobile coverage or device malfunctions not attributable to Visla.

6. Withdrawal

You can withdraw from your subscription at any time through the app store settings. For purchased devices, the 14-day right of withdrawal from receipt applies.
